Held 10-12 April at the Sports Center in Bunkyo, the 24th Akimatsuri - Autumn Festival - brought together some 10 000 people in refião of Mogi das Cruzes and other localities of São Paulo.
The event was attended by Kenji Yamao (the "Chekyn no Mon" of the "Freaky Reality" TV Band, Sammy Ueda (former participant BBB5) and Karina Nakahara (Centennial Miss Brazil-Japan).
During the three days of festivities, there was the realization of the 1st Akimatsuri Miss Contest, which elected student Giuliana Sue Decaro Amano, 17. The winner will participate in the Miss Brazil-Japan Festival, the traditional Japanese colony contest held at the national level.
We still had to reaização the 5th Miss and Mister Contest Akimatsuri Junior.
With a schedule full of attractions at the end of the last day, the organization promoted a pyrotechnic display of creepy!
