On days 05, 06 and 07/junho, SENAC Santo Amaro, received the PADI Dive Festival - an event intended for professional recreational diving (instructor), to update the changes in teaching methodology. There have been several presentations of lectures aimed at divers, students and the general public. Besides cycle of lectures by representatives of SEBRAE, Greenpeace, Sea Shepherd, Lawrence Wahba, Richard Rasmussen, Karol Meyer and Dr. Morongo Mormaii, among other personalities of the dive as the photographers Daniel Botelho and Paulo Boneschi, and experts in wrecks Paulo Mauricio Dias and Carvalho. There was also a round table brought together biologists, a Greenpeace activist and a professional diver with experience in sharks. With a record participation of diving schools and diving operators on the coast, almost all importers and distributors of diving equipment and travel agencies that specialize in diving were present. There was still the Discover Scuba Diving in the pool of SENAC, in which the recreational diving instructor spent some guidance to the candidate and then did a dive in the pool, all individually. On Saturday, the big attraction was the premiere of the Brazilian film THE DROP ZONE - a hallucinatory experience in Tahiti.
